A space for people who feel too much, think too much, and carry too much.

I AM ARANTXA AVALANTXA

Author specializing in adult ADHD, well-being, and emotional regulation.

I write books, articles, and content to help people understand neurodiversity through an accessible, practical, and evidence-based approach.

My purpose: A genuine path toward well-being

I didn’t create this page because I have everything in my life figured out. I created it because, for years, I felt too intense, too sensitive, and too disorganized. I know all too well how alone one can feel when one doesn’t understand what is happening to oneself.

Today I want to share with you everything that helps me understand and regulate myself. Here, you will find reflections, tools, and resources for well-being to help manage ADHD. If you have ever felt that your mind moves too fast for the world around you, this space might be helpful for you, too.

“My story: from feeling too much to understanding myself”

My work does not stem solely from theory.

It also stems from the real-life experience of living through, understanding, and navigating processes related to emotional regulation, neurodivergence, anxiety, high self-expectations, and the pursuit of balance..

I continue my training today, integrating science, mindfulness, positive psychology, and human support through an approach that is accessible, conscious, and sustainable.

Talks and lectures

As a specialist in ADHD and emotional well-being, I deliver lectures and talks focused on understanding neurodiversity and emotional regulation from an accessible and practical perspective.

My path of development

Over the years, I have built a path of professional development focused on gaining a deeper understanding of the mind, emotions, the nervous system, and the way we relate to ourselves. This approach integrates mindfulness, positive psychology, emotional regulation, and neurodivergence through a practical, human-centered, and conscious lens.

bienestar emocional

Over the past few months, I have undergone training and earned certification as an ADHD-specialized coach, delving into neurodiversity, executive functions, emotional regulation, motivation, mindful support, and practical strategies tailored for children, adolescents, and adults.

This training has allowed me to integrate professional coaching tools with something that is just as important to me: the real-life experience of living with ADHD from the inside.

bienestar emocional

My approach is not based on “fixing” people, but rather on understanding how each mind works, leveraging strengths, and creating sustainable, humane, and personalized strategies.

I deeply believe that behind many years of guilt, exhaustion, or a sense of “not fitting in,” there was often simply a different way of functioning—one that required understanding, structure, and the right kind of support.

titulo psicologia positiva

Today, I continue to build this path—integrating training, personal experience, mindfulness, and conscious support—to help others better understand themselves, regulate their emotions, and live with greater calm, clarity, and self-esteem.

Because understanding how your mind works can completely change the way you relate to yourself.

Are you up for this fun mess?

I'll only write to you when I have something worthwhile. Or a good story.

I agree to receive emails full of chaos, humor and useful bits and pieces (no spam, I promise!).
